When we no longer need your data, we securely delete or anonymize it. Deletion involves overwriting data multiple times to prevent recovery. Anonymization removes all personally identifiable information while preserving useful analytical insights.

International Data Transfers

Our primary servers are located in Vietnam, but we use cloud infrastructure that may store data across multiple geographical regions. Some of our service providers operate from countries with different privacy laws than Vietnam.

If you're accessing our platform from outside Vietnam, your data will be transferred to and processed in Vietnam. By using our services, you consent to this transfer and processing under Vietnamese privacy laws.
